Each and every bicycle manufactured by felidae is put through rigorous quality inspection and testing. The bicycles dispatched are 100% defect free.
The electrical components are maintenance free, however the mechanical parts might need periodical servicing once in every few moths just like a regular bicycle, which can be done at any local bicycle store.
Mechanical System:
Parts that are not electrically connected like fork, frame, wheel gears etc are considered under mechanical system.
General maintenance and adjustment of the mechanical system are listed in the user manual. Customer can visit any local bicycle shop to do the periodical maintenance or repair work. If any part is found to have any manufacturing defect then that part will be sent to the customer free of charge.
Electrical System:
All the parts and components like battery, motor, etc. which are electrically connected are categorized under electrical system. Felidae electrical system is having zero maintenance. For any aid regarding any issue in electrical system customer should contact felidae. Our team will assist the customer to solve the issue by himself at home. Any part is found to be defective will be repaired or replaced by felidae.

We will provide free door step assistance for any defect in electrical system within warranty period.

All the purchases from felidae is covered with a Limited warranty from iVroom Power Private Limited.
iVroom Power Pvt Ltd, Limited Warranty:
Felidae is a brand name of iVroom Power Pvt Ltd. All the bills, invoices and warranty related documents are issued and signed by authorized iVroom Pvt Ltd signatory. Part or model specifications are subject to change without prior notice. This Limited Warranty is the only warranty for your felidae product. There are no other stated or implied warranties. This Limited Warranty extends only to the original/first owner and is not transferable to anyone else.
All parts of the bicycle are covered under this limited warranty.
This Limited Warranty is effective only if:
1.Bicycle owner must have a warranty card duly signed by the sale agent.
2.Bicycle owner must have a valid invoice.
3.Bicycle is completely and correctly assembled.
4.Bicycle is serviced and maintained necessarily.
5.Bicycle is used for general transportation and leisure use only.
6.Bicycle is used under ordinary conditions for its intended purpose.
What is not covered under this Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not cover normal aging, wear and tear, normal maintenance items, or any damage, failure, or loss that is caused by improper usage, assembly, maintenance, adjustment, storage, or use of the bicycle.
This Limited Warranty will be void if the e-bicycle is ever:
1.Used in any sport.
2.Used for stunts, hopping, aerial tricks or similar activity.
3.Been in any kind of accident.
4.Installed with an auxiliary motor or any other loading devices.
5.Ridden by more than one person at a time .
6.Rented
7.Used in a manner contrary to the warnings in the user’s Manual.
8.Owner does not have either of warranty registration card & invoice.
