Every bicycle manufactured by felidae is put through rigorous quality inspection and testing. The bicycles dispatched are 100% defect free. The electrical components are maintenance free, however the mechanical parts might need periodical servicing once every few months just like a regular bicycle, which can be done at Felidae Stores or any local bicycle store.
Mechanical System:
Parts that are not electrically connected like fork, frame, wheel gears etc are considered under mechanical system.
General maintenance and adjustment of the mechanical system are listed in the user manual. Users can visit any Felida Store or local bicycle shop to do the periodical maintenance or repair work. If any manufacturing defect is found in a part, users need to inform Felidae and once its approved that part will be sent to the customer free of charge.
Electrical System:
All the parts and components like battery, motor, etc. which are electrically connected are categorized under the electrical system. Felidae electrical system
Is maintenance free. For any aid regarding any issue in the electrical system, users should contact felidae. Our team will assist to solve the issue by himself at home. If any part that is found to be defective will be repaired or replaced by felidae.
Door Step Service:
We provide free doorstep assistance for any defect in electrical systems within the warranty period in Pune as of now. For Outside Pune, users will get service support by reaching out to respected dealers or customer helplines.

Felidae is a brand name of iVroom Power Pvt Ltd. All the bills, invoices and warranty related documents are issued and signed by authorized iVroom Pvt Ltd signatory. Part or model specifications are subject to change without prior notice. This Limited Warranty is the only warranty for your felidae product. There are no other stated or implied warranties. This Limited Warranty extends only to the original/first owner and is not transferable to anyone else. All parts of the bicycle are covered under this limited warranty.
This Limited Warranty is effective only if:
1.E-Bike owner must have a warranty card duly signed by the sales agent.
2.E-Bike owner must have a valid invoice.
3.E-Bike is completely and correctly assembled.
4.E-Bike is serviced and maintained in frequent time intervals.
5.E-Bike is to be used for general transportation and leisure use only.
6.E-Bike is used under ordinary conditions for its intended purpose.
What is not covered under this Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not cover normal aging, wear and tear, normal maintenance items, or any damage, failure, or loss that is caused by improper usage, assembly, maintenance, adjustment, storage, or use of the bicycle.
This Limited Warranty will be void if the e-bicycle is ever:
1.Used in any sport.
2.Used for stunts, hopping, aerial tricks or similar activity.
3.Been in any kind of accident.
4.Installed with an auxiliary motor or any other loading devices.
5.Ridden by more than one person at a time .
1.Used in a manner contrary to the warnings in the user’s Manual.
2.Owner does not have either warranty registration card & invoice.
