Shipping Options and Delivery Cost –
We offer free shipping to PAN India except West Bengal and Rajasthan. International Shipping charges would be extra and would be updated after the payment is completed.
Order Processing Time –
All orders placed will be delivered in minimum 7 days PAN India, with exceptions due to natural calamities and service provider. For International Shipping, the delivery time would be updated after checking with the service provider.
Delivery Address & P.O –
Please note we are unable to modify the address after payment is done. In case you need to change the address please contact the customer service team within 24hrs of order being placed.
International Orders –
Your package may be subjected to import duty and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible to pay those fees. We recommend you to check with your local customs service office before placing the order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking your order –
Once the order is dispatched, we will share with you the tracking ID, so you can track the shipment on the service provider’s website.
Damage Order –
You need to check the shipment immediately in front of the delivery person. Damage goods information will be only entertained within 24hrs of delivery at Service Support no + 91- 8530949292 and official mail id : support@felidaeelectric.com
Felidae do not accept signatures on dockets I’d copy except customer’s, Customers need to inform the company to handover shipment to family members at time of shipment received .
Order Cancelation –
We have no refund policy on order cancelation.
